This seven unit building was designed with the idea of future development in mind. Four distinct courtyards make up the character of the building and will act as lightwells as the neighboring properties develop. Each office space has personalized views through a courtyard and the open floor plan allows for a variety of office uses. L+V Architects managed this project throughout all aspects of the architectural and construction phases.
