ABOUT

Founded in 1989, by the firm’s partners Luba and Vladimir Tomalevski, L+V architects Inc. objective has been to transform the needs and aspiration of our clients into engaging built environments.

L+V architects is dedicated to creating quality projects and working with our clients to aid them through the process of design, city processing and construction.

L+V architects offer a full range of architectural services ranging from feasibility studies to bidding and negotiation to construction administration and everything in between. First and foremost, we focus on design quality and realize the need to be involved in any and all aspects of the projects. Throughout recent years we have established a balanced connection between conception and implementation, between design and construction, and between idea and the final product. These connections have formed as a result of the partners’ hands on experience designing, developing and building their own personal single family homes, apartment buildings and offices.  We understand that building is not only a dream for most, but also an investment and we will help you to achieve both.

Types of projects we have completed include custom single family homes, commercial projects (such as offices, laundromats and restaurants), sporting facilities (such as ice-skating rinks and baseball batting cages), adaptive reuse projects, charter schools, multi-family dwellings and preservation and extension to historical buildings in the rapidly growing Downtown Los Angeles. Our firms growing list of projects has established L+V Architects as a progressive and steadfast architectural firm.
